Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a data warehouse/BI specialist to support enterprise BI data warehouse management, data design, and reporting.

You will build data models, develop ETL processes, and provide insight to business teams for informed decision-making. You will collaborate with administration, finance, HR, and clinical units, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of dashboards and reports using SSAS, SSRS, and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise BI technologies (SSAS/SSRS, SQL Server, Qlik, Tableau/Power BI) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data migration and ETL using SSIS or Qlik modeling; develop SQL scripts for data acquisition.
• Clarify and translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Construct and redesign SSRS reports and SSAS cubes; document BI deliverables.
