Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Demand Planning Manager to oversee demand planning across a region of airports and facilities, directing forecasting, staffing strategy, and rostering to meet service levels and safety standards.

You will lead a team of workforce planners, partner with Center of Excellence leadership, and provide tactical and strategic advice to executives based on thorough analyses. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years budgeting, business analysis, planning & rostering experience OR 6–9 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of change management and influential factors.
• Knowledge of RMS solutions (Inform, SP Expert, SITA) is an asset, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic budgets into tactical and operational rostering and scheduling for regional airports and facilities.
• Maintain accurate schedules and SLAs for airline customers through effective planning of staff and equipment resources.
• Optimize productivity by ensuring efficient and economical resource requirements.
• Support pro-formats for new commercial contract opportunities.
• Ensure roster quality to meet forecasted workload demand.
• Provide data-driven analysis to support decisions and staffing plans at local stations.
