Nextpower is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Demand Planning to define and lead its Demand Planning capability across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or related functions.
• Experience designing planning processes and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Previous people leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Anaplan, Salesforce, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle across regions, business units, channels, and product categories.
• Define and continuously improve the Global Demand Planning process, standards, and governance at the enterprise level.
• Develop rolling demand plans and planning assumptions that support short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
• Ensure demand plans are submitted on time, reviewed with clear assumptions.
• Establish planning KPIs and drive forecast quality improvements.
• Drive alignment between Sales and Supply Chain through data-driven planning discussions.
