Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in Irving, TX, seeks a Demand & Workforce Planning Manager II (Senior) to lead regional workforce planning, forecasting, and rostering across airports.

This role supervises a team of workforce planners, collaborates with Finance on headcount budgets, and drives data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced aviation services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6-9 years' experience in budgeting, business analysis, planning & rostering.
• Knowledge of change management and influential factors.
• Knowledge of CBA, Labor Laws & regulations (preferred).
• Familiarity with RMS solutions (Inform, SP Expert, SITA) is an asset.
• Must be able to work under high demand and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic budgets into tactical rostering and scheduling.
• Lead workforce planners to optimize staffing and productivity.
• Review Plans vs Actual; track KPIs and adjust reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance on headcount forecasting and budgets.
• Support local stations with staffing plans and rosters.
