Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks a Manager, Maintenance Demand Planning and Analysis to lead short- and long-term demand forecasting, deferral planning, and performance management. You will develop strategies aligning fleet forecasts with regulatory constraints and financial objectives across maintenance programs.

You will supervise a planning team, drive improvements, and coordinate with maintenance, supply chain, and finance while ensuring FAA compliance and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

  • Required – Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or another relevant field.
  • Required – 5 years direct demand planning analytic experience.
  • Required – 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated skills in this area.
  • Required – Experience with aviation maintenance planning processes and software.
  • Required – Demonstrated knowledge of operations planning, inventory management, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Establish planning frameworks that integrate labor, material, tooling, and facility requirements that support operational and planning demands.
  • Oversee short- and long-range labor, material, tools, and facility demand forecasts.
  • Ensure demand forecasts align with: short- and long-range maintenance visit schedules; deferred maintenance workloads and capture plans; fleet utilization, routing, and operational constraints; material contractual requirements, as applicable.
  • Ensure deferred maintenance items (MEL, CDL, NEF, TDI, TSWS, ODM) are strategically managed.
  • Monitor and adjust for changes in forecasts, budgets, fleet strategies, and business direction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve planning accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and operation effectiveness.
