Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the United States is seeking a Business Operations and Demand fulfillment manager to act as the primary interface between customers and ST for operational communication, demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, supply execution, and service performance.

You will proactively manage backlog, lead cross-functional teams, and translate supply drivers into reliable commitments while protecting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning/Divisional Planning.
• Operations leadership in sales, demand and supply management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes and best practices.
• Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams.
• Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the backlog. Update requests, monitor confirmations and deliveries, and capture customer signals to improve forecast accuracy.
• Achieve revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage in close partnership with the customer, sales, and champions.
• Translate key supply drivers into a clear and reliable supply commitment with capacity visibility and alignment with sourcing obligations.
• Proactively manage shipment risks. Resolve delays, expedite urgent shipments, address customs issues and trade compliance.
• Lead customer communication on lead times, delivery status, and improvements.
• Partner with the sales team and manage escalations for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with regional BI and Sales to maintain centralized reporting and monitoring tools.
• Perform data-driven analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor forecast process performance and ensure a continuous feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Demand forecasting responsibility and proactive issue detection with the team.
