Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a seasoned Business Operations and Demand Fulfillment Manager in Santa Clara, CA. You will act as the primary interface between customers and ST, coordinating operational communication, demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, and supply execution to ensure excellent service performance.

You will proactively manage information on customer demand and constraints, drive backlog coverage, and collaborate with sales and regional teams to optimize planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning/Divisional Planning.
• Experienced operations leader with deep expertise in sales processes, demand and supply management, and customer service.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the backlog; update requests, monitor confirmations and deliveries, and capture signals to improve forecast accuracy.
• Drive revenue plans by optimizing backlog coverage with customer, sales, and champions.
• Translate supply drivers into a clear, reliable customer commitment with capacity visibility and sourcing alignment.
• Proactively manage shipment risks; resolve delays, expedite shipments, and address customs issues.
• Lead customer communication on lead times, delivery status, and improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team; manage escalations for timely resolutions.
• Work with regional BI and Sales to maintain centralized reporting and monitoring tools.
• Perform data-driven analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement for leadership decisions.
• Monitor forecast process performance and maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Own Demand Forecasting responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve future supply issues through daily collaboration with teams.
