Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the order life cycle, including firm orders, NRE POs, and samples.
• Maintain and optimize the backlog; update requests and deliveries.
• Translate supply drivers into a clear supply commitment to the customer.
• Manage buffer stock agreements (VMI) and long-term inventory.
• Proactively manage shipment risks and expedite urgent shipments.
• Lead customer communication on lead time, delivery status, and improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and regional BI to maintain reporting and monitoring.
• Perform data-driven analytics to identify trends and improvements.
