Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Senior Program Supervisor, Demand Response to lead and coordinate advanced demand response initiatives, including vendor contracts and external contractors. You will oversee lifecycle management from filings to implementation and customer-focused improvements.

The role requires at least seven years in demand response or energy efficiency programs, PM certification within 12 months, and strong communication with regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, business, marketing or similar preferred.
• Minimum seven years in managing demand response or energy efficiency programs.
• PM certification required or achieved within 12 months.
• Experience leading demand response programs from regulatory filing through launch.
• Experience with vendor contracting and cross-functional internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle from regulatory filings through implementation and budget.
