Ameren Missouri is seeking a Senior Program Supervisor, Demand Response to lead complex DR programs and manage external implementation contractors. You will drive lifecycle management from regulatory filing through to implementation and performance reporting.
You will collaborate with regulators and executives, develop portfolio plans, and mentor team members while applying strong knowledge of Missouri energy rules and DR regulations.

The Senior Program Supervisor, Demand Response is an internal consultant leading advancements of Ameren Missouri’s Demand Response implementation contractors and programs.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar background preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of seven years of experience in managing demand response or energy efficiency programs is required. Project Management Professional is required or achieved within 12 months. Demonstrated experience leading demand response programs from regulatory filing through full operational launch, including program design, vendor contracting, and cross-functional internal coordination with billing, metering, and customer service, and ultimately goal attainment strongly preferred. Experience in MISO or ISO registration and settlement for Demand Response programs is strongly preferred.
Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.
$111,100.00 - $172,200.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
