Job summary

CapMetro is seeking a Supervisor for Demand Response - Service Coordinator to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of demand response transportation 24/7. This role reports to the Manager, Demand Response Operations and requires strong leadership, dispatch, and analytical skills to improve service and performance across the Control Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Eight years of progressively responsible transit dispatch and scheduling experience.
• Two years of supervisory/lead experience in a bargaining unit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Demand Response Control Center operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop run cuts, schedules, and service improvements.
• Lead staff through coaching, training, and evaluations.
• Train Service Coordinators in dispatch, scheduling, and customer service.
• Provide operational support for CASD and related technologies.
• Ensure ADA compliance, safety, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Attend weekly Service Impacts meetings and support after-hours needs.
