Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Senior Program Supervisor, Demand Response to lead complex DR programs and manage external implementation contractors. You will drive lifecycle management from regulatory filing through to implementation and performance reporting.

You will collaborate with regulators and executives, develop portfolio plans, and mentor team members while applying strong knowledge of Missouri energy rules and DR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or similar background required or preferred.
• Minimum seven years’ experience managing demand response or energy efficiency programs.
• Project Management Professional required or planned within 12 months.
• Experience leading DR programs from filing to launch with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in MISO or ISO registration and settlement for DR programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the most critical demand response programs and external contractors.
• Manages full lifecycle of program development from regulatory filings to implementation and budget.
• Leads program performance reviews with regulators and business leaders.
• Drives continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
• Develops DR strategy and portolio plans, incorporating new tech and delivery channels.
• Contributes to Commission filings and may provide expert testimony.
• Mentors less experienced staff and shares regulatory knowledge to the group.
