Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Demand Planning Manager for HOKA to lead the NA Wholesale demand planning function. You will drive data-driven forecasting, manage the S&OP cadence, and align cross-functional teams to profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in demand planning, leadership experience, and strong analytics with tools like Tableau and o9. Remote work within the US is supported; Goleta, CA location noted for salary range.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, merchandising, business, or related field.
Demand and/or supply planning certifications preferred; analytics or data visualization experience (Tableau) preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning in a global, multi-channel org.
Experience leading a demand planning team of 6+ professionals; coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting S&OP demand planning cadence, governance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day performance and evolution of the Demand Planning function for the NA Wholesale channel.
Manage forecasting processes, coordinate the S&OP demand planning cadence, and translate priorities into plans.
Partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning stakeholders.
Shape demand assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and incorporate trade-offs into the consensus forecast.
Escalate risks and gaps through governance; drive improvements in tools and processes.
