Moultrie, headquartered in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with the FP&A Manager and deliver timely, accurate financial analysis across revenue, costs, margins, and unit economics. You will join a cross-functional team with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product to improve processes and automate analyses.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large data sets while driving automation and advanced analytics.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or public accounting with monthly forecast updates and annual budget inputs.
• Strong analytical skills with large and complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel and driver-based financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Demonstrated use of Claude to build, check, and document financial models.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting concepts, and unit economics.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Dedication to automation and leveraging technology to scale financial analysis.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
• CPA or MBA
• SaaS or subscription hardware experience

Mansioni

• Support the monthly forecast cycle run by the FP&A Manager: update department forecasts with department heads, refresh revenue and cost drivers with actuals, and explain changes.
• Work with Accounting during monthly close to confirm transactions are coded to forecast accounts and cost centers.
• Track, analyze, and forecast camera data costs; explain variances and update forecasts for firmware or product changes.
• Maintain subscription economics modules (CAC, payback, LTV, retention, churn, MRR) in the model; run scenarios and propose changes.
• Support recurring retention analysis and present findings to management and partners.
• Own driver-based budget inputs for assigned revenue and cost areas; validate assumptions with department heads.
• Build analyses, charts, and variance commentary for monthly reviews and leadership presentations.
• Provide quick-turn analysis for leadership requests (pricing scenarios, cost drivers, margin bridges).
• Review business cases for unit economics and consistency with standard assumptions; correct errors before decisions.
• Build automation and data-pipeline improvements within workflows; propose process changes.
