Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Senior Demand Planner and Analyst to lead cross-functional forecasting efforts and ensure high product availability across markets. You will develop rolling forecasts, balance inventory, and support S&OP processes with strong analytics and leadership.

The role requires advanced forecasting skills, S&OP experience, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive consensus and optimize global inventory levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA or IBF/APICS is a plus.
• Ability to influence decisions by working across functions beyond supply chain.
• Advanced experience with forecasting software and planning platforms (S/4HANA, S&OP).
• Proficient in Excel and data tools for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain statistical forecast models over 24–33 months for capacity planning.
• Manage the statistical forecast as input to S&OP cycles with validated plans.
• Analyze historical sales and market data to identify demand patterns and reduce forecast bias.
• Track KPIs like Forecast Accuracy and perform root-cause analysis to improve results.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP and Demand Validation meetings across stakeholders.
• Manage product lifecycle data and support new launches and phase-outs.
