Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Senior Demand Planner and Analyst to balance strategic consensus with forecast accuracy. You will develop rolling forecasts, optimize global inventory, and drive consensus across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain within the S&OP/IBP framework.

Responsibilities include building robust forecast models, leading monthly planning meetings, and analyzing data to improve forecast quality and reduce variance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or IBF/APICS a plus
• Strong analytical, business judgment, and cross-functional influence across functions

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain rolling statistical forecast models (24–33 months).
• Lead S&OP/IBP planning activities and facilitate monthly validation meetings.
• Analyze historical data and market intelligence to identify demand patterns; perform bias analysis.
• Track KPIs like forecast accuracy and bias; drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and evaluate safety stock policies and inventory planning strategies.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and scenario planning for leadership.
