Job summary

RectorSeal, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Sr. Demand Planner to develop a rolling 12-month forecast by integrating historical demand, customer forecasts, and market inputs. You will coordinate the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive alignment and accuracy.

The role emphasizes data quality, documenting assumptions, and communicating forecast changes and risks to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of demand planning or related analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, OR Operations Research.
• High-level Excel skills and proficiency with business systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast for the full product portfolio.
• Analyze historical sales, orders, customer forecasts, market inputs, promotions, pricing activity, and product lifecycle changes.
• Coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning meeting with data preparation, materials, and decision tracking.
• Maintain forecasting parameters, hierarchies, and inputs while improving data quality and processes.
• Support inventory and supply planning decisions with timely, accurate demand assumptions.
