Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or similar role.
• Advanced experience with statistical forecasting software and planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain statistical forecast models for 24–33 months.
• Manage the statistical forecast as input to S&OP cycles.
• Analyze historical sales data and market intelligence to identify demand patterns.
• Lead monthly Root Cause Analysis and define actionable measures for top-offending parts.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP and demand validation meetings.
• Manage lifecycle data and new product launches/phase-outs.
• Establish safety stock policies and replenishment plans.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and scenario planning for senior management.
