The role focuses on rolling forecasts and global inventory optimization within the S&OP framework, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet corporate goals.

The position requires strong data analytics, leadership, and communication skills to drive consensus and improve forecast performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or IBP/APICS is a plus.
• 7+ years in demand planning / supply chain analytics or similar.
• Experience with statistical forecasting software and S&OP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain rolling 24–33 month forecast models.
• Lead monthly S&OP and Demand Validation meetings.
• Analyze historical data and market intelligence to identify demand patterns.
• Track KPI performance and drive bias mitigation and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis for top-offending part numbers and set actionable measures.
• Manage product lifecycle data and support new launches and phase-outs.
