Job summary

Gates Corporation, headquartered in Denver, seeks a Finance Analyst to drive annual planning, monthly forecasting, and robust financial reporting for the Americas region.

The role partners with VPs of channel sales and marketing to achieve strategic objectives and financial results, requiring strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/Power BI. This is an on-site position based in Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of analytical finance or accounting experience in commercial sales, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Oracle and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Generate annual plan and monthly forecasts for NA commercial revenue and margin.
• Develop and improve analytic processes and standardized reporting to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Review contract terms, manage discount and allowance structures; communicate financial impacts.
• Support SG&A and headcount planning; ensure spend is managed to drive growth.
• Collaborate with commercial leads and supply chain to integrate inputs into finance processes.
• Support month-end close and accounting policy application.
