Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to support the enterprise demand planning process and SIOP. You will develop forecasts, analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in forecasting systems with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytics, Power BI and Oracle Cloud experience, and the ability to influence across Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar.
• APICS certification desirable.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience; 3+ years in Demand Planning and SIOP.
• Strong analytics and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the demand forecast across manufacturing locations.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews with data-driven analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure system utilization and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.
• Maintain the unconstrained demand plan.
