CONMED Corporation is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Analyst to manage global inventory allocation and drive demand planning attainment. You will partner across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance to optimize service levels while protecting working capital.

The role requires 3-5+ years in S&OP or related fields, with strong skills in planning systems (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan) and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5+ years in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management in a multi-region environment.
• Experience with global inventory allocation and demand planning processes.
• Proficiency with planning systems and advanced analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve global inventory allocation strategy; set regions/channels/customer rules.
• Run allocation cycles, reconcile planned supply vs. demand, apply fair-share logic.
• Configure and steward allocation policies and lead times; monitor DOH and turns.
• Drive root cause analysis on stockouts and late orders; publish action plans.
• Own back order reporting and supply risk communications for the BU.
