Job summary

Acumed LLC in Addison, TX seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead the end-to-end Consensus Demand Planning across global functions and external partners. You will evaluate forecasts using KPI metrics, statistical models, and market analysis to gauge impact on sales volume.

The role requires strong S&OP/IBP experience, ERP data/tools proficiency, and excellent communication. You will coach stakeholders, drive risk management, and maintain a data-driven, consensus-based supply plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply and Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years in combined Demand Planning in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes.
• Experience with ERP data and demand planning software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly Consensus Demand Planning across functions.
• Develop rolling 24-month baseline forecasts using analytics.
• Document scenarios for NPI and business state, including risks.
• Lead Consensus Meetings and IBP Demand Review.
• Monitor inventory risk and manage KPI performance.
