Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Analyst to balance supply and demand across regions, channels and product lines in a remote role. You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Commercial and Finance to enable service performance while optimizing working capital.

You will own the global inventory allocation framework, monitor forecast quality, support S&OP activities, develop dashboards, and provide decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management in a multi-region environment.
• Preferred: Planning systems experience (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan) and advanced Excel/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and improve global inventory allocation strategy and policies.
• Track monthly demand planning attainment and forecast quality by region and product family.
• Support IBP cycle execution and standardize process artifacts for alignment.
• Build and automate reports on inventory allocation, service levels, and backlog.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional teams.
