Job summary

CONMED Corporation seeks a Senior Demand Planner Manager for Patient Care & Advanced Surgical. This remote role leads demand planning across markets, owning the 24-month forecast and IBP processes.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning to improve forecast accuracy and strategic decision-making. You will guide a team of planners, synthesize market insights, and ensure plans align with revenue targets and inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, IBP/S&OP or supply chain management; global/complex env preferred.
• Experience leading a team and partnering with commercial, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning and ownership, with US demand planning responsibility.
• Manage monthly regional demand planning cycle and cross-functional reviews.
• Own 24-month forecast horizon for regions or product families.
• Integrate market insights into the demand plan and driving improvements.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias; implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain demand plans at SKU, customer, channel, and regional levels.
• Provide inputs to inventory management and deployment decisions.
