Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Forecasting, IBP, S&OP, and S&OE.
• Analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the demand forecast for assigned Sales Units.
• Analyze historical demand, trends, and inputs to develop forecasts.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and forecast gaps.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Support IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Improve data quality and automate planning and reporting activities.
