HyLogic seeks a Business Architect – Supply Chain Planning in the US to shape how North American clients plan across IBP, Demand and Supply. You will design the target planning operating model and translate it into a process-technology path, serving as the executive-facing advisor for change and transformation.

Competenze

• 12+ years in supply chain planning, including at least 3 years in consulting (client-facing advisory work).
• Hands-on planning practitioner/leader in a mature org (FMCG/CPG, Life Sciences/Pharma, Retail).
• Proven end-to-end planning and S&OP/IBP design with measurable results (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, cost).
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management concepts.
• Experience leading a planning transformation workstream or program from assessment through implementation.
• Knowledge of planning platforms (o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder or similar).
• Experience advising and influencing US senior/C-level stakeholders; manage client relationships in the US.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills; able to bring clarity when the problem is ambiguous.
• Based in the US; able to work with remote/international teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Mansioni

• Act as the lead business advisor and main contact for US client stakeholders, from executives to planning teams.
• Assess client’s current planning processes, data, and KPIs to identify value leakage.
• Design the target operating model for IBP across Demand, Supply, Commercial and Finance.
• Design end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning processes, including forecasting methodology and inventory policy.
• Translate business design into functional requirements for planning platforms (o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP).
• Guide implementation through design, testing, training and adoption with solution teams.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to help client teams reach decisions.
• Shape change management and organization design to embed the new model.
• Build quantified business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Grow the client relationship and identify opportunities beyond current scope.
