Logitech is seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to connect demand insights with cross-functional teams and build accurate demand plans. You’ll influence forecast quality, inventory health and service levels while coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain leadership in North America.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, S&OP participation, and lifecycle planning to support supply continuity and category success across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Science or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or analytics.
• Experience with forecasting, planning and reporting tools such as Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau.
• Familiarity with SAP or Kinaxis is a plus; knowledge of S&OP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product-level demand plans for up to 18 months across Sell In and Sell Thru.
• Analyze demand signals, channel data and replenishment trends to improve forecast quality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain for inputs and alignment.
• Prepare updates, scenario analyses and risk assessments for S&OP meetings.
• Monitor inventory and mitigate shortages, excess stock and aging risk.
• Support lifecycle planning, including NPI and EOL, to ensure continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
