Job summary

Bake’n Joy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the demand planning process across all food categories and channels, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Customer Service to deliver accurate forecasts that drive production scheduling and inventory control.

This role leads governance and cross-functional alignment, supports SKU portfolio optimization, and advances toward automated ERP/MRP-driven planning while building trust through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Experience using demand planning software and ERP systems, preferably with system implementations.
• Strong understanding of food supply chain dynamics including shelf life and cold chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts for food products across channels.
• Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to understand demand drivers and improve forecast accountability.
• Support governance, standard planning cadences, and cross-functional alignment toward S&OP and integrated business planning.
• Identify forecast risks and facilitate cross-functional action to address them.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and refine assumptions using evolving demand signals.
