Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Demand Planning professional for the AMXL Last Mile team in Nashville. You will develop demand plans for the XLDS network, analyze trends and seasonality, and partner with capacity, OTR, operations, data science, and BIE teams to optimize allocation.

You will monitor forecast accuracy, support new product launches, and build dashboards to track performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data and metrics, and a ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management.
3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for XLDS network.
Analyze trends, seasonality and impacts to optimize plan allocation.
Collaborate with capacity management, OTR, operations, data science and BIE teams.
Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
Support new product launches with data-driven forecasting.
Create reports and dashboards tracking key metrics.
Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
