Qualifications

• Five plus years in program or project management.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Five plus years in supply chain management (logistics, forecasting, operations).
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term network plan for AMXL's middle mile network and capacity.
• Own inputs/outputs of network optimization models with science teams.
• Author full-year plans and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-organizational workstreams on network strategy.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and efficiency.
• Define metrics and simplify processes to drive decisions.
