Job summary

Amazon Heavy & Bulky Logistics (AMXL) is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join the S&OP team within the AMXL Last Mile network. The role focuses on building accurate demand plans for XLDS and collaborating across functions.

You will analyze trends, monitor forecast accuracy, and support new product launches with data-driven forecasting, delivering reports and dashboards for leadership reviews. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in supply chain or forecasting, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
2+ years in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing, or vendor management.
3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for XLDS network.
Analyze trends, seasonality, and HVE impacts to optimize the plan allocation.
Collaborate with capacity management, OTR team, operations, data science and BIE team.
Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
Support new product launches with data-driven forecasting.
Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
