Job summary

Osano is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute integrated programs that create awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This hands-on individual contributor role owns campaigns from idea through measurement and works with Sales, Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B role.
• Experience building/integrating campaigns across channels to drive pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ABM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns end to end to drive qualified pipeline.
• Own multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content syndication, sponsorships, webinars and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Content to align campaigns with pipeline priorities.
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize messaging, channels and spend based on data.
