Job summary

Cloudsmith is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs designed to generate pipeline from platform and security engineers in cloud-native organizations.

You will run lifecycle marketing, evergreen digital programs, and partner co-marketing while accelerating brand awareness and nurturing prospects through the funnel. Collaboration with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and design will be essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign marketing.
• Experience marketing to technical buyers (developers, DevOps, platform engineering, or security).
• Hands-on experience building and running email, lifecycle, and nurture programs in a marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Own planning of campaigns and product launches across channels (email, social, webinars, paid, video, website).
• Define objectives, target personas, buying stages, and success metrics per campaign; create briefs for teams.
• Plan and oversee digital programs within campaigns to generate pipeline (partner co-marketing, webinars, long-form content, interactive web experiences).
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams (performance marketing, content, product marketing, brand, website).
• Liaise with external partners and internal speakers for content and webinar execution.
• Build landing pages, emails, and promotional materials to support webinars and long-form content.
• Build and manage ongoing email and lifecycle programs; improve email health and performance.
