Job summary

Carta, Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the Private Equity unit in New York, NY.

You will own end-to-end campaigns to drive net-new PE and alt-asset prospects, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and manage 6Sense ABM targeting and SFDC campaign tracking to improve conversion at every stage. You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to surface insights, test growth initiatives, and scale winning plays across channels.

Qualifications

• Pipeline-driven demand gen programs with direct link to pipeline.
• ABM strategy development and hands-on execution.
• Cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Ops and Marketing.
• Data-driven decision making to optimize campaigns.
• Experience with 6Sense ABM is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and execute end-to-end campaigns to drive net-new PE and alt-asset prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to test strategies and drive quarterly objectives.
• Own 6Sense ABM targeting, lifecycle streams, and SFDC campaign tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to identify high-propensity accounts and scale successful plays.
• Identify and drive strategic growth initiatives and tests.
