Equity Estates LLC is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Lead to drive paid media programs across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn in support of a high-end real estate investment business. You will own budgets, optimize toward qualified leads and opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Lifecycle, CRM, and Rev Ops to close the loop after inquiries.

You will manage agencies and freelancers, write creative briefs, and build testing calendars for audiences, landing pages, and forms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media.
• Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership.
• CRM experience, including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and setting up offline conversions.
• Experience optimizing to qualified leads and opportunities, and directing agencies or freelancers while staying accountable for results.
• Salesforce experience.
• Marketing high-ticket, high-consideration, or high-net-worth offers with a longer sales cycle.
• Experience with financial or regulated offerings.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Allocate budgets and shift spend based on lead quality and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Lifecycle/CRM, and Rev Ops to close the handoff after inquiries.
• Write creative briefs and copy for demand generation landing pages; coordinate with Brand for design/production.
• Manage agencies and freelancers for social, influencer, and SEO/AEO.
• Build and run a testing calendar for audiences, ads, landing pages, and forms.
