Job summary

Equity Estates LLC is seeking a seasoned demand generation professional to drive paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a focus on high-quality investor leads. You will own budgets, optimize campaigns, and coordinate with Sales and Rev Ops to align CRM data and reporting.

You will manage agencies and freelancers, develop creative briefs, and run a testing calendar for audiences, landing pages, and forms to maximize qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media.
• Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership.
• CRM experience, including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and setting up offline conversions.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including retargeting.
• Define the conversion events the ad platforms optimize to, and verify weekly.
• Work with Rev Ops to connect CRM to Google and Meta so qualified leads feed back into platforms.
• Build and run a testing calendar for audiences, ads, landing pages, and forms.
• Write creative briefs and copy for demand-gen landing pages and collaborate with Brand.
