Job summary

Equity Estates LLC is seeking a results-driven Demand Gen / Paid Media Lead to drive investor acquisition. You will own paid media budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimize spend for qualified investor leads, and collaborate closely with Sales, Lifecycle/CRM, and Rev Ops to ensure seamless handoff after inquiries.

Qualifications

3-5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media.
Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership.
CRM experience, including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and setting up offline conversions.

Responsibilities

Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including retargeting visitors who have not yet inquired.
Allocate the channel budget and shift spend based on lead quality and opportunities.
Define conversion events and ensure proper data flow to ad platforms and CRM.
Write creative briefs and manage agencies/freelancers for social, influencer, and SEO/AEO.
Handoff and reporting with Lifecycle, CRM, Sales, Rev Ops for accurate lead tracking.
