Job summary

Equity Estates is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to own investor acquisition spend across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will manage budgets, track performance, and optimize toward qualified leads and opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Lifecycle/CRM, and Rev Ops to close the loop after inquiries.

You will lead agencies and freelancers, write briefs for demand-gen landing pages, and ensure robust reporting and testing across campaigns. Travel benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media.
• Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership.
• CRM experience, including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and setting up offline conversions (any CRM).
• Experience optimizing to qualified leads and opportunities, not platform-reported leads.
• Strong reporting skills and the ability to make budget decisions from channel economics.
• Experience directing agencies or freelancers while staying accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, including retargeting visitors who have not yet inquired.
• Allocate the channel budget and shift spend based on lead quality, opportunities, and investor acquisition cost.
• Define the conversion events the ad platforms optimize to, and check weekly that they flow correctly.
• Work with Rev Ops to connect the CRM to Google and Meta so qualified leads and opportunities feed back into the platforms.
• Build and run a testing calendar for audiences, ads, landing pages, and forms.
• Write the creative brief and copy for demand generation landing pages, and work with Brand, which owns design and production.
• Manage the agencies and freelancers for social, influencer, and SEO/AEO.
• Partner with Lifecycle, CRM, and Sales on the handoff after an inquiry.
• Work with Rev Ops on source tracking and reliable channel reporting.
