Job summary

Equity Estates LLC in Atlanta seeks a results-driven Demand Generation Lead to own paid media strategy, budget, and results. You will manage agencies and freelancers, optimize spend across channels, and collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Rev Ops on lead handoffs.

The role focuses on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, plus testing and tracking conversions to feed CRM and pipeline metrics. A background in high-ticket real estate or luxury offers is a plus; Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in demand generation, performance marketing, or paid media.
• Hands-on Google and Meta buying with real budget ownership.
• CRM experience including integrating a CRM with ad platforms and offline conversions.
• Experience optimizing to qualified leads and opportunities, not platform-reported leads.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to make budget decisions from channel economics.
• Experience directing agencies or freelancers while staying accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and budget: Run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with retargeting and budget allocation.
• Tracking and testing: Define conversions and ensure data flows to CRM and platforms; build a testing calendar.
• Landing pages and partners: Write creative briefs and copy; manage agencies for social, influencer, and SEO/AEO.
• Handoff and reporting: Coordinate handoff after inquiries with Lifecycle, CRM, and Sales; ensure reliable channel reporting.
