Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pardot.
• Experience managing SEM/paid search vendors or specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Practical AI fluency in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns and audience growth strategies.
• Lead email marketing and CRM programs, including bidder nurture and lifecycle communications.
• Partner with centralized SEM team to inform paid search strategy and optimization.
• Monitor asset-level marketing performance and prioritize support for time-sensitive assets.
• Optimize the end-to-end buyer funnel from traffic to bid activity.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to improve campaign optimization, content production, and performance analysis.
