CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist for Ten-X in Irvine, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace, e‑commerce, or lead‑generation environment.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
• Experience managing or collaborating with SEM/paid search vendors or specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action.
• Practical AI fluency in your own working process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns and audience growth strategies that increase qualified bidder volume.
• Lead email marketing and CRM programs, including bidder nurture, re‑engagement, and lifecycle communications.
• Partner with CoStar’s centralized SEM team to inform paid search strategy, support campaign execution, and identify ongoing optimization opportunities.
• Monitor asset‑level marketing performance, identify gaps, and prioritize additional digital support for underperforming or time‑sensitive assets.
• Optimize the end‑to‑end buyer funnel, from traffic and account creation through vault visits, registration, bidder qualification, and bid activity.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and communicate clear insights to key stakeholders.
• Use AI tools in your own workflow — for campaign optimization, content production, and performance analysis — to increase the speed and quality of demand generation output and share effective practices with the team.
