Job summary

CoStar Group in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to drive buyer-focused digital demand and performance marketing strategies for commercial real estate assets. You will manage integrated campaigns, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization while partnering with the centralized SEM team and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities, translating insights into action and improving the buyer journey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a marketplace or lead-gen environment.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with SEM/paid search vendors or specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into action.
• Practical AI fluency in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns and audience growth strategies.
• Lead email marketing and CRM programs, including bidder nurture and lifecycle communications.
• Partner with the centralized SEM team to inform paid search strategy and optimization.
• Monitor asset-level marketing performance and prioritize additional digital support.
• Optimize the end-to-end buyer funnel from traffic to bid activity.
• Analyze campaign data and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
