Job summary

CoStar Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Content & Asset Marketing Specialist to craft high‑quality content and assets for commercial property listings and integrated campaigns. You will work with internal stakeholders to manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.

The role requires 2+ years of content design experience, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and practical AI fluency to accelerate listing workflows. Office-based, Monday–Friday in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 2+ years of design or content production experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted content tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual quality-review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance standards for external marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical AI fluency in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and quality-check AI-assisted and original content for property listings and asset marketing materials.
• Create print and digital marketing assets aligned with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Coordinate production of direct mail and creative campaigns from intake to final delivery.
• Review content and materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before publication.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, sales teams, and design resources to create asset-specific campaigns.
• Provide general creative/content support for both seller-side and buyer-side marketing needs.
• Maintain organized project files and track multiple assignments for timely execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, templates, and quality-control processes.
• Use AI tools to improve content drafting and asset production and share best practices.
