Job summary

LeadCoverage, a high-growth B2B marketing and PR agency, seeks a Senior Account Manager, Demand Generation in Atlanta (Hybrid) to lead strategy and execution across client portfolios. You’ll work with paid media, content, PR, and marketing automation teams to deliver integrated programs that drive qualified pipeline and ROI.

Strong HubSpot and analytics skills are a plus, with ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Bonus: logistics B2B marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client lead and strategic advisor.
• Translate business goals into data-driven demand generation strategies.
• Build and own quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Lead client communication, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Demand Gen, PR, paid search, email, content, ABM, and CRM data tracking).
• Partner with internal teams to execute full-funnel programs.
• Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all channels.
• Analyze KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance.
• Test and implement new channels, tools, and AI-driven approaches to demand generation.
