Switchlist, a fast‑growing startup, is seeking a seasoned marketer to own performance marketing, CRO, and early customer acquisition. You will build scalable campaigns, partner with co-founders, and drive demand for a B2B product.

You will manage a broad set of channels, optimize the website for conversions, and lead experiments that expand brand reach. This is a hands‑on, strategic role in a remote-enabled environment with strong growth potential.

Competenze

• Five+ years in marketing with at least three in demand generation or performance marketing.
• Experience hiring, managing and evaluating freelancers.
• Strong CRM platforms and marketing automation experience; data-driven approach.

Mansioni

• Develop all demand generation programs and paid marketing from scratch.
• Optimize website UX and CRO to improve conversions.
• Contribute to marketing, brand and communications efforts.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end: objectives, testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Create campaign ideas and experiments that build awareness and demand.
• Develop, manage and attribute referrals, influencers and affiliates.
