Job summary

CoStar Group’s Ten-X unit in Irvine seeks a Content & Asset Marketing Specialist to develop high-quality content and creative assets for commercial listings. You will work with internal stakeholders to manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely completion.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted content, print and digital assets, and collaboration with Demand Gen and Sales teams to optimize marketing campaigns. In-office, Monday–Friday in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, communications, or design.
• 2+ years of design or content production experience.
• Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and AI-assisted content tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and quality-check AI-assisted and original content for property listings and asset marketing materials.
• Create print and digital marketing assets that align with brand standards and campaigns.
• Coordinate production of direct mail and creative campaigns from intake to delivery.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before publication.
