Rippling, Inc. seeks a Senior Growth Manager, Demand Generation, to scale our marketing engine and expand channel reach. You will own end-to-end campaigns, from concept through analysis, educating prospects and driving pipeline across multiple channels.

You’ll collaborate with growth, product marketing, brand, and sales to build personalized journeys, optimize campaigns, and accelerate activation and retention in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of using demand generation to drive lead nurture, acquisition, and conversion.
• Customer-obsessed with punchy, specific copy and out-of-the-box campaigns.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation, journey building, A/B testing, and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute demand generation campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting and targeting.
• Write email nurture drips and manage paid advertising across major platforms.
• Partner with product, growth, and data teams to map journeys and build personalized nurture streams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, analytics, and brand teams to execute campaigns.
• Analyze performance across touchpoints and optimize; shift resources to what works.
• Serve as a bridge across marketing, growth-engineering, and sales to align messaging and experience.
