Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Demand Generation Manager aligned to the Broker channel to deepen engagement, build pipeline, and position Rippling as the go-to solution for benefits brokers and their clients.

In this role, you will own campaigns across email, webinars, social, and events, craft broker messaging, and create co-branded content and sales assets. You’ll work with Sales and Marketing to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, owner-minded environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with demand gen or partner/channel focus.
• Proven track record running outbound campaigns and digital programs.
• Ability to create clear, impactful sales-support content.
• Full-funnel thinker balancing nurture and activation.
• Data-driven with strong reporting and insight extraction.
• Cross-functional communicator with sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute quarterly campaign themes across email, webinar, social, and events.
• Own broker messaging and positioning; iterate based on tests and feedback.
• Create co-branded assets, case studies, and sales decks for brokers.
• Partner with Channel Sales to identify gaps and tailor campaigns.
• Analyze ROI and decide what to scale, pivot, or cut.
• Collaborate across Marketing and Sales as a broker go-to-market advocate.
