Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Growth Associate to drive high-velocity, high-quality campaign execution across New Logo Sales. You will join Demand Gen, Growth, Lifecycle, PMM, and Marketing Ops to translate strategy into compelling copy, assets, and channel-ready campaigns for HR and Exec buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth settings.
• Strong copywriting with examples across email, ads, LPs, and multi-channel creative.
• Turn strategic direction into high-volume, channel-ready creative execution.
• Understanding of ToFu, MoFu, BoFu funnel dynamics and messaging shifts.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, iterations).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS, and segmentation basics.
• Strong project management and ability to execute across parallel workstreams.
• A proactive, scrappy, iterative mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting email sequences, ads, landing page copy, nurture content, paid ads, webinar follow-ups, and other assets.
• Translate insights into messaging for HR and Exec buyers.
• Build creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing across paid, email, and DG programs.
• Own end-to-end execution of creative-led demand gen campaigns with cross-team collaboration.
• Produce multi-asset campaigns ensuring cohesion across email, ads, LPs, and creative.
• Support webinar repurposing and content flywheels into evergreen assets.
• Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate messaging quickly with stakeholders.
• Refine copy and creative direction using performance data across channels.
• Collaborate to operationalize broader marketing strategies and tooling.
